We are looking for a Sales Support/Customer Service Manager EMEA, who will report to the Director Dealer Experience EMEA, and who will be responsible for leading the Sales Support team which plays a crucial role in our daily operations for the shipment of units, parts, accessories and apparel to our EMEA dealer and distributor network. The Sales Support team ensures an A-Z follow-up of all dealer and distributor requests and is in close contact with all other departments such as sales, after sales, logistics, credit, marketing, etc. in order to provide an excellent service. Determining the strategy and leading the Sales Support team will contribute to the organization’s growth.

You’ll Have The Opportunity To
  • Manage the Sales Support team for units and PA&A within EMEA along with the related budget.
  • Lead and develop the Sales Support team in line with our 5-year strategy.
  • Collaborate with the global teams to apply best practices and apply cross regional knowledge transfer.
  • Lead shaping the future of our Sales Support function within EMEA to support the growth aspiration and transformation of our business within EMEA.
  • Support with your team our network and internal teams on the agreed service level, and prepare the team for our future network.
  • Identify key detractors for our customers and funnel them to the right places within our organization.
  • Review the agreed service level to our customers on a regular basis, challenging the team if our approach is still meeting current industry requirements.
  • Work on continuous improvement by applying operational excellence to maximize the effectiveness of your team to support our growth aspirations.
  • Maintain a good communication channel with all stakeholders within BRP. Share the insights you receive from our network within BRP and ensure that key messages/objectives from BRP are well understood and communicated by your team
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
  • University, business school or technical school degree
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in similar environment
  • Strong team player, keen on and be able to develop his/her team members
  • Service oriented, having the customer on top of your mind while being assertive when it comes to demonstrate the right balance between internal/external requirements with the feasibility and workload of your team.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing business stakeholders alongside with communication and presentation skills to align the stakeholders of the Sales Support Team
  • Organized, accurate and results oriented
  • Experience with CRM systems, SAP, Salesforce, etc. is a plus.
  • High degree of networking capacities to keep in touch with local and global organizations and translating the business need into our initiatives
  • High degree of ownership & self-initiative
  • Experience in leading a multinational team within the context of a global organization
  • Fluent in English - other language skills a great plus
