A company active in the healthcare sector is currently looking to hire a Sales Business Controller to join their offices in Brussels.
Your main responsibilities as the new Sales Business Controller will include:
- Collaborate with the Sales leaders, develop awareness in the business and participate in sales meeting, in the budget and forecast processes and deliver data for business reviews
- Identify and implement solutions with the Commercial Operations Team, improve sales efficiency and thus revenue growth
- Prepare reporting on sales activity and results and present them to the Sales leaders and internal stakeholders
- Perform pricing impact simulations and provide pricing guidance, work together with Commercial Operations to strengthen pricing approval systems
- Closely work with Sales leaders to propose Sales incentive Plan simulations, calculations, accruals, reporting and communication
Your profile:
- You have a university degree in Applied Economical Sciences or Commercial Engineering
- You have around 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position, in a B2B international company
- You are fluent in English, knowledge of another European language is an asset
Your strengths:
- Thanks to your expertise in Excel and knowledge of Databases, systems and BI applications, you feel up to your tasks
- You have an analytical mindset, you are eager to learn and have an affinity with new technologies
- You are a problem solver, proactive and energetic
