About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Sales Enablement Manager! As a member of our Commercial Excellence team, you will be reporting to our Commercial Excellence Team Director. Your main responsibility will be to look after the development of current and new enablement initiatives. As Sales Enablement Manager you are a professional specialized in providing the sales organization with the latest information, innovative content, and tools that help salespeople sell more effectively. What You’ll Do
To support the commercial excellence process, your primarily responsibilities shall encompass the following:
- Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy
- Formulate buyer personas and establish a unique positioning for our products
- Work with our customers to create case studies and customer success stories
- Deliver training and sales tools to our commercial teams to help them be more efficient and effective
- Perform competitive research and help position us to attract and retain more customers
- Collect and analyze data that supports our solutions in the market to buyers
- Collaborate extensively and cultivate enduring relationships with product marketing, product marketing, sales readiness, and sales leadership teams
- Keep abreast with new trends and best practices in industry, sales and marketing
- The role holder will perform all tasks in accordance with ISO quality requirements and taking Nipro values into account
What you’ll Need
- Previous working experience as a Sales Enablement Manager or Customer Campaign manager for 3-5 years
- Masters Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar relevant field
- You have a natural commercial flair and a good understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
- Experience with content management and learning management systems
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinker with a vision
- Attention to details
- Be an outgoing team player
- Open to travel (30%)
