To accommodate our growth, we are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Shipping & Documentation Specialist at Nipro Europe Group Companies (NEGC).

About the Role

The Shipping & Documentation Specialist is responsible for the full follow up of shipments ordered by our customers.

He/ She will strive to optimize and improve the timelines and quality of the delivery of goods and provides all shipping documentation required.

This requires multiple contacts with international forwarders and supplying sites.

The Shipping & Documentation Specialist is part of the Customer Service Team and reports to the Team leader shipping & Documentation.

What you’ll do

  • You are in charge of the preparation, follow-up of the delivery flow of the orders with agreed partners and you coordinate that correct shipping documents are issued to the customer. This means you take into account customer needs, agreed lead times, contractual and legal requirements with Nipro’s interests in mind.
  • You keep the customer and Sales Responsible informed about the status of pending orders, shipments and delivery details.
  • You take care of the shipment, delivery and booking of the incoming goods for Nipro branches.
  • You manage all contact in a timely and professional manner as you are responsible for the administration and follow-up of the entire shipping and documentation process in accordance with JSOX and ISO quality requirements.

What You’ll Need

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a role focusing on shipping documentation, logistics and/ or customs
  • You are accurate and precise in administration
  • You are customer oriented and commercial attitude
  • You have strong communication skills
  • You have the ability to work with stress and deadlines
  • You are flexible and adaptable
  • You are a problem solver with process-oriented approach
  • You are pro-active and initiative taking
  • You are a true team player with a positive attitude, open minded and willing to learn and grow
  • You have strong MS Office skills, experience with SAP is an asset
  • You speak & write fluently in English, any other language is a plus
