To expand our activities in the rapidly growing Belgian market, we are looking for a robotics sales engineer responsible for the Wallonia and Luxembourg region.Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts and develops new accounts to generate growth in sales, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction.
  • Developing both new and existing customer relationships in Wallonia & Luxembourg and French-speaking customers in the West Flanders region.
  • Represents KUKA Robotics professionally as part of the global operating holding company KUKA AG in order to improve and grow our business in Benelux.
  • Identifies potential new accounts/customers and new market opportunities.
  • Performs on-site visits at existing and potential customer locations.
  • Prepare quotations in a professional manner, with a sense of detail and tidiness you ensure that everything KUKA stands for is clearly communicated. You can count on the support of your colleagues.
  • Follows-up on sales leads and updates Salesforce status with the timeframe required by organization.
  • Provides updated sales forecast utilizing Salesforce on a monthly basis.
  • Maintains customer contact database through Salesforce.
  • Monitors the competition’s products and notifies management of benchmarks.
  • Provides input to our marketing and participates in trade fairs
  • Develops and maintainslong-term business relationships between KUKA BNL, EMEA region and Headquarters
Application Requirements
  • You are in possession of either a commercial Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong affinity for technology or a technical Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong affinity for sales.
  • All applicants must be excellent face-to-face communicators and able to demonstrate success and experience in managing external partners and internal resources.
  • The successful applicant must be self-driven, result oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
  • The successuful candidate must be professional, credible and comfortable in dealing with technical department managers upto senior company level.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries from customers
  • Ability to write reports, proposals, presentations and sales arguments that conform to prescribed style and format.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, clients, customers and/or board of directors.
  • Position require strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical information and instructions to non-technical and technical individuals alike.
  • Good practice of written and oral French, English and Dutch language.
