The Role

As a Sales Intelligence Analyst Intern, you will gain valuable experience by supporting our Sales Intelligence team in Belgium. You’ll play a key role in analyzing sales data and contributing to tools and strategies that drive our business forward. This internship is an excellent opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a fast-paced, practical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to support decision-making processes. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
  • Reporting: Help create and manage sales reports and dashboards. Ensure data accuracy and relevance to aid in strategic planning and performance assessments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Category Managers, and the global analytics center in Bangalore, India. Provide ad hoc support for the Dutch team, with no physical presence required.
  • Tool Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of tools and systems for tracking and reporting sales performance.
  • Market Research: Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities. Support the Sales Intelligence team in translating these insights into actionable strategies.
  • Project Support: Assist in the implementation of digitalization and transformation initiatives to improve sales processes and data management.

Requirements

  • Academic Requirement: The internship must be a mandatory part of your academic program, and you will receive academic credits for it.
  • University Enrollment: You must be enrolled in a university or educational institution throughout the internship.
  • Duration: This internship is for 6 months, provided it aligns with your academic requirements and Belgian legislation.
  • Insurance: You must have liability insurance through your educational institution or personally arranged, as AB InBev does not offer insurance for interns.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and French/Dutch is required.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik Sense). Experience with sales analytics tools is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
