Nipro Pharmapacking International is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of high-quality packaging solutions specifically designed for the pharmaceutical industry. Our innovative products ensure the safe and secure transportation, storage, and preservation of vital pharmaceutical products.

As part of our continuous growth, we are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building with key decision-makers in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Actively manage existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and other related events to network with potential clients, stay informed about industry trends, and represent the company’s products and services.
  • Provide a monthly rolling sales forecast, highlighting opportunities and threats, and identify and execute necessary corrective actions in case of deviations from the forecast.
  • Collaborate closely with the regional sales director to align sales objectives, monitor performance, and implement effective sales plans.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing valuable insights for product development and sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sales agreements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market developments to anticipate customer needs and position our products effectively.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance, preferably within the pharmaceutical packaging industry or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pharmaceutical industry and its unique packaging requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • You have solid planning and time management skills.
  • Excellent command in English is required, additional languages are a plus.
