The role:
We are looking for a Sales Representative, who will be responsible for representing the Company in the highest professional manner, acquiring new customers, and maintaining the relations with existing ones.
At this role you will be also responsible for achieving personal total budgeted sales and individual targets for the assigned territory whilst increasing profitability by adherence to Company pricing policies.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Promote and sale the Zimmer Biomet products - mainly to surgeons & operating room nurses, but also pharmacists, purchase managers, technical services, and hospital management
- Achieve the defined business objectives
- Prepare and document account plans for your area and customers to define sales budget
- Create monthly reports on the follow up of account plan and other important information
- Make work schedules for your area and communicate them to your manager
- Train surgeons & operating room staff on the use of our products
- Support & give technical advises during the interventions about the good use of our products when needed
- Participate to orthopaedic and orthopaedic related symposia, meetings, and congresses
- Manage consignment stock: control and rationalization
- Participate to meetings and other internal events
Requirements
- Professional experience in sales (experience of working in the medical area is a plus)
- Customer oriented behavior (internally as well as externally)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility
- Fluent Dutch
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Driving license
Travel Requirements
30- 40 %
