Job Description

The Levi’s® Tailor Shop is a highly skilled and professional department in our stores where customers get the unique opportunity to have their Levi’s® customized, personalized and repaired. Building on the historic craftsmanship of our brand, our experienced Tailors offer a range of services, from customizing your pipes to personalizing your old favorite Levi’s® Trucker jacket with pieces of fabric or nails.

Essential Aspects Of The Position
  • Understand the needs and requirements of the customers, including customizing Levi’s® products in the store or taking measurements to entertain pipes in the fitting rooms;
  • Assist the store team in selling and providing exceptional customer service once your tailoring duties are completed;
  • Offer great customer service and make and schedule appointments;
  • Communicate well with other Tailors, Sales Stylists and store management, so that everything runs smoothly.

  • Has a passion for our brand and wants to promote our values;
  • Has experience as a tailor and preferably also in the retail sector;
  • Can sew and stitch according to strict standards;
  • Is creative and resourceful;
  • Provides exceptional customer service, in an environment where pace and pressure are high.
