About the Challenge

You have mastered most Scrum-related principles and methods, if you have certifications even better. You can actively manage the delivery of product portfolios and train your development team in the Agile development practices. You also understand their strategic direction, issues and delivery goals. Talent is king, and this shows in your hands-on delivery skills.

As a Scrum Master, Your Responsibilities Include

  • Leading your Scrum team
  • Track progress and achievement of team goals
  • Product backlog and iteration planning
  • Supporting Product Owners and Developers
  • Facilitating planning, understanding and stakeholder involvement as well as Scrum events from sprint planning to retrospectives

Your Skills

You’re a born leader with great coaching skills. You move fast, are bold, and thrive in a dynamic, quickly changing environment. Organizing ceremonies and tracking your teams’ impediments are day-to-day business.

  • Preferably 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, and KANBAN
  • You dare to speak your mind and can communicate complex ideas effectively (both verbally and in writing)
  • English is a must
  • You’ll be working in the financial sector, interest in this sector is therefore needed
