Segment Manager - Real Estate - Brussels

Fonction
  • Build a profound understanding of a segment via data analyses, market insights, regulations, trends, competitor analyses, the eco-system, buyer personae’s, the journeys and needs, products, etc.
  • Define the strategy, unlock new segment opportunities and drive the implementation to ensure a positive impact on get, grow & retain
  • Provide business cases to support the strategy and give clear recommendations on action points
  • Determine & manage the price setting, budget and revenue
  • Ensure the profitability and adhere to the forecast
  • Create a differentiating segment portfolio based on value propositions
  • Collaborate closely with product owners to translate the value propositions into a winning product portfolio and concrete product and services development
  • Define the processes, SLA’s and General Conditions
  • Identify the key target audience for the value propositions
  • Creates a roadmap for a Segment
  • Prepare planning and management of GTM strategy. Assess and report on its success.
  • Translate the needs into clear business requirements
  • Translate the strategy into clear Marcom briefings
  • Establish the Go-To-Market plan, including: Assess value proposition, competitive differentiation and positioning to ensure strongest competitive advantage
  • Commercialization strategy and key messages
  • Activate strategic partnerships
  • Drive and coordinate marketing and sales programs
  • Support the marketing communication manager and the sales colleagues in building targeted strong marketing campaigns and messaging
  • You will develop toolkits and regularly training sales
  • You will develop relationship with a segment
Profil
  • Has min. 5 years’ experience in segment management
  • Has experience in creating value propositions
  • Understanding the real estate market is a plus
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Is a fast thinker with solid strategic insights and a strong customer & market driven orientation
  • Has excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Is a natural team player who can work together with, influence and motivate stakeholders from across the company
  • Is a pragmatic, energetic, self-starting leader and highly motivated achiever
  • Very good knowledge of French, Dutch and English
