Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Business Development Manager Texture will foster and grow our business development activities and revenue from new and existing market segments and channels. We seek a results-oriented professional who will prioritize activities to develop our market segments and set revenue targets. We are opening 2 roles; one for Lecithins and another one for Pectins. Key Accountabilities

Identify new business opportunities and commercial partnerships.
Create business development strategies and annual business development plans to reach business objectives and revenue.
Work closely with account managers to understand business requirements and with customers to understand market needs.
Develop customer relationships and contacts to expand our market reach.
Identify new market segments and opportunities for business development, calculating returns and investment.
Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Bachelor degree in Science, Food Technology or in a similar/relevant field
Fluent in English
Other minimum qualifications may apply Preferred Qualifications
Product Line Management, Sales or Technical Service experience in the food industry previous is preferred
For the pectin role is preferred having hydrocolloids industry experience
For the lecithin role is preferred having food emulsifier or lecithin industry, or in the nutritional supplements/nutraceutical industry experience
Any other european language is a plus
