Vos missions

Fonction:

Final responsibility for the technical assessment of civil & structural engineering and architectural tasks, calculations, estimations, pricing, and execution.
Participate in the CSA scope and budget estimate from sales to execution.
Manage and follow up on the quality, budget, and planning of related tasks during project execution.
Develop basic engineering for estimation, pricing, and preliminary execution design.
Prepare calls for tenders for Civil Works, Structural Steel, and Architectural Works.
Identify, audit, and select (local) contractors and suppliers for obtaining prices and information used in company’s proposals or project execution.
Procure subcontracted engineering, supplies, and site works.
Manage, review, and challenge subcontracted detailed engineering.
Deliver execution drawings to the site as per the project schedule.
Provide technical support to the construction team.
Assist Site Management in successfully closing site works contracts.

Vos compétences

Profil:

Master’s degree in Industrial Sciences – Civil Engineering.
At least 7-10 years of experience in engineering or industry.
Experience in a similar industry, particularly in civil works, steel structure design, feasibility studies, price estimations, specification writing, price inquiry, offer follow-up, bid comparison, and site works supervision.
Good knowledge of industry standards.
Positive attitude.
Perseverant and follow-through on actions.
Willingness to travel as required by the department or project needs.
Speaking French and English are mandatory.
