Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

  • A graduate degree in computer and information systems technology or an equivalent level of qualification or professional accreditation by a related engineering institute or professional body ;
  • Experience with Amazon AWS cloud environment (IAM, EC2, ALB, CloudFront, CloudFormation, WAF, Monitoring, Storage, Cognito) ;
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers .

Duties/role:

  • Administering, configuring, and managing AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, and VPC ;
  • Providing Level 2/3 support for AWS-related issues, investigating and resolving operational problems in a timely manner ;
  • Provi sion ing and maintaining virtual machines, storage, and databases on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance .
