Learn more at www.janssen.com and follow us @JanssenGlobal.The SFA will lead OCNIS Consolidation for Janssen Business Services sites and work closely with Janssen Supply Chain Global consolidation team & WW Inventory team to provide key drivers for the SC leadership team. The SFA will also support JBS Zug on OCNIS and Inventory forecast & Reporting.This includes, but is not limited to understanding business drivers behind changes and variances including supply issues, New product launches, Products at risk, etcWe Are Looking For a Highly CommittedSenior Finance AnalystKey responsibilities
  • JBS Consolidations OCNIS
  • Lead consolidations for JBS sites - summarize, communicate, and answer any follow up questions to Janssen Supply Chain (JSC) Global Consolidations team.
  • Act as main point of contact between the JSC organization and JBS.
  • Attend Supply Chain CFO reviews as JBS representative
  • Clear calendar and target communication
  • Support and/or lead Supply Chain, Corporate and JBS initiatives and projects (e.g. CAR-T, optimization projects, …)
  • OCNIS & Inventory management Reporting lead for JSC Zug
  • Lead for all OCNIS reporting to JSC for Zug Sourcing
  • Accurate reporting of inventory Budget and actuals to JSC
  • Perform in depth Budget vs Actual analysis and communicate appropriately towards different stakeholders in matrix environment.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders across the organization
QualificationsExperience and Skills/Qualification
  • Finance / accounting background (master degree) with relevant business experience.
  • Ability to connect, build trust and influence in an international and virtual environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Big picture orientation with attention to detail and ability to work accurately and independently.
  • Strong analytic skills and ability to manage changes in a complex and dynamic business environment.
  • Strong focus on results, pro-active, sense of urgency.
  • Solution-oriented “can do” mindset, actively consulting / leveraging multiple perspectives to define pragmatic win-win solutions and improvement opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to clearly convey key insights tailored to the audience.
  • Demonstrating business acumen through insights & business knowledge.
  • Experience with designing / streamlining (financial) processes and system functionalities is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
