In support of the “Janssen One” Strategy, the Janssen Supply Chain will redesign and replace the transactional processes to be future ready. A key concept in our Digital Journey is to consolidate the different ERP systems into One system based on an ‘out-of-the-box’ standard for Pharm companies. This includes the harmonization of all transactional business processes currently spread over 7 systems and by nature not harmonized. We are currently looking for a Senior Finance Manager E2E Profit Stream Lead, Global Supply Chain TranSCend – Janssen Supply Chain. In this position you will be a part of the finance team supporting the Janssen Digital Transformation Global Program Management Office, a multi-year global business transformation initiative that will modernize our end-to-end Supply Chain digital capabilities by harmonizing ERP ecosystem, standardizing our core business processes and products [across Plan, Source, Make, Quality, Deliver, and Data], and enabling our integrated data strategy through a single SAP S/4 HANA instance. The role will be the Process Owner for TranSCend design of E2E Product costing processes and Inventory Valuation that will be part of our transformation of our Janssen Supply Chain. You will enable the standardized core business capabilities and processes across the finance functions and business units within the ERP. This will be enabled by partnering across the key stakeholder groups to gain a deep understanding of as-is business needs/capabilities, benchmarking, continuous improvement, consistent process documentation, and product deployment through the various programs. This individual must leverage a refined, multi-functional toolset of business expertise, technical knowledge, and digital acumen to effectively interact with a breadth of business stakeholders and global process owners. The successful candidate must be able to engage and operate with program teams at an execution level, as well as with senior leadership at a strategic level. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead the overall TranSCend design activities in the area PII, ICPs, etc. leveraging S/4 and other in scope digital technologies Co-Lead development of TranSCend detailed design activities for processes in scope in close collaboration with JJT and 3rd party SAP Specialists Collaborate with other TranSCend work streams mainly Material Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), Master data, Tax, Product Flows Collaborate with SigniFi Finance team and other relevant stakeholders on the end-state global / sector solution Ensure Janssen business alignment on future PII concept and derived system architecture and process solution Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree or MBA is highly desirable Proven track-record in line management or global/regional ground-breaking projects in Supply Chain function is required Excellent influencing skills, able to work effectively at all levels in an organization Build strong collaborative relationships, influence multiple partners, and establish common goals and objectives without sacrificing outcomes Extensive experience working in a regional/global setting, or experience in a large-scale business transformation projects is preferred. ERP knowledge and practical application is a benefit Proven experience in the field of minimum 5-10 years and exposure to one or more Supply Chain functions (eg Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance) is required; understanding the linkages across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance, Master-data is fundamental Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills is required Projects is global and may require regular business travel (up to 25%) The well-being and development of our employees are central aspects of our company creed.
