Trilingual Senior Account Manager for the Louvain Office

As a result of a growing demand in Executive (General and Finance) Interim Management, our partner is looking to expand their team in Leuven.

About the job

  • The main responsibilities of the Senior Account Manager will be to actively develop a client portfolio and successfully negotiate interim management contracts for executive level positions.
  • Once the client contract is concluded, the Senior Account Manager selects the most appropriate Executive Interim Manager from the extensive client’s portfolio. (+4.000)
  • During the assignment, the Senior Account Manager, acts as a sounding board to the Interim Manager, closely monitors progress of the assignment and maintains regular contact with the client. The ideal candidate becomes the ultimate trustworthy Account Manager to the Client’s stakeholders.
  • You will manage the “Leuven”-team: Account Manager and Consultant.

About you

  • You are able to network and negotiate effectively at C-level level
  • You have a strong business acumen, commercial and development skills to acquire new clients and generate repeat business with existing clients;
  • Master’s degree in business or other relevant studies
  • At least 15 years of experience in sales and business development
  • Partnership mindset — trust builder
  • Good analytical skills, meticulous approach with a high level of attention to detail
  • Willingness to exceed our customers’ expectations
  • Professional, self-motivated
  • Entrepreneurial and able to work autonomously
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills
