Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for inquisitive, driven, and enthusiastic colleagues, colleagues with strong project management, analytical and social skills. Colleagues with an ambition to develop themselves, their customers, and their colleagues. Colleagues that can drive behavioral change in innovative ways.

• You have a master’s degree or equivalent with excellent results. Specialization in HR Management is an asset.

• You have 5+ years of experience in an advisory and/or management role (consulting company or international organization) with a focus on HR and Change Management Projects.

• You have experience in Change Management, HR Transformation, HR process design, Talent Management.

• You have commercial ‘flair’ and are client-oriented together with a hands-on approach.

• You are able to take ownership of work on client engagements and manage a team to ensure successful delivery.

• You are willing to participate in internal organization building initiatives to elevate the team’s skills and knowledge based on your experience

• You are digitally minded.
