emagine is looking for, for its final client, a Senior PLM Project Manager / PMO.

Location : Charleroi (Belgium) and Paris (France)

Start Date : ASAP

Duration : A minimum of 1 year

On-site/remote : Weekly, 1 day in Paris, 3 days in Charleroi and 1 day remotely

CONTEXT :

In the frame of the new PLM Deployment, the PM is responsible to facilitate smooth onboarding of the site/project from the legacy tool onto the new PLM solution (3DEXPERIENCE) with the support of the central & site organization setup for the PLM program.

The PM will be expected to share its time between the site in Charleroi (Belgium) and the offices in Paris, (France).

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES :

  • Steerco / Program reporting preparation.
  • Project reporting as per the definition by the client.
  • Retro planning to secure all the reviews in advance before each deliverable.
  • Co-ordinate & lead with all teams including the client’s 3rd parties as per the detailed planning defined & validated path.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Facilitate all the E2E (End-2-End) project activities.
  • Prepare & follow detailed planning and secure on-time delivery for each milestone.
  • Follow-up and Drive closure of Open Points and defects

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCIES & SKILLS :

  • Graduated from University or Engineering School
  • Experience of 10+ years of IT industry and a 5+ years in Project Management (PLM projects could be a plus)
  • Oriented Business and processes
  • Previous experience managing complex projects (transformation projects)
  • Leadership, team spirit and ability to explain / formalize for all type of audience
  • Ability to work in an international environment.
  • Fluent/bilingual in French and English, mandatory.
  • Synthesis & good communication skills
