Vaimo Benelux is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of the e-commerce project for one of their key clients.

Work with a technical manager, and team of local and international developers, to deliver projects within the specified budget, scope and time frame. Experience in Magento is highly attractive, but not a pre-requisite.

Role

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, delegating, monitoring and control of all aspects of the project to achieve the project objectives within the expected performance targets for time, scope, cost, quality, benefits & risks. The Project Manager plays a central role in achieving client satisfaction.

Key Performance Areas
  • Create and execute project plans and revise where appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project, scope and budget
  • Apply our methodology and enforce project standards to minimize our exposure and risk on the project
  • Ensure project documents and agreements are complete, current, filed and stored appropriately
  • Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization
  • Identify “add-on” sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project
  • Leading and motivating the delivery team assigned to the project as well as ensuring that all needed resources (allocation, tools, competence etc.) are available in or to the team to deliver successfully.
  • Degree / Diploma in Information Technology / Informatics / Business
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a project manager and proven experience with web or software projects
  • Dutch Native / Fluent English both verbal and written
  • Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • High degree of initiative and ability to work collaboratively
  • High level of computer competence
  • Required to travel from time to time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoys organizing, directing and bringing order to chaos
  • Very comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires constant multi-tasking
  • Loves delivering on deadline, and within budget
  • Loves working with people
