We would love to add to our family of teammates with a Senior Project Manager to be based in Belgium, ideally located close to Bruxelles - in Grimbergen.

What you will be doing as a Senior Project Manager at Insight:

• Teach,Train, coach and mentor teammates
• Responsible for successful delivery of projects through the entire project lifecycle in accordance with Insight methodologies, processes, and best practice standards such as PRINCE 2
• Cover end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across varied technologies from our portfolio E.g. cloud & data centre migration, workplace solutions (MS Teams) implementation, hardware migration, Governance & consulting projects, POCs
• Control of project scope, schedule, cost, risk management, quality, and meeting client satisfaction targets through the entire project lifecycle
• Deliver assigned projects to budget and GP targets
• Measure project performance, execute project contract change control
• Manage assigned internal and external resources to achieve project success, providing leadership and mentorship to project team members and provide support for tactical sales opportunities.
• Identify new ways to improve the efficiency or delivery of projects, proactively suggest continuous improvements.

Your Experience Should Include

• Project Management experience and credentials (Prince II) with a working knowledge of project management practices and methodologies
• Previous experience of working as a Senior Project Manager, gained within IT Professional Services, Managed Services or Reseller environment
• Able to concurrently manage multiple projects
• Fluent level of English language

Where does the role fit in?

All our Project Management teammates sit within The Project Management Office (PMO), which provides specialist project management skills and experience to ensure that projects are successfully delivered to our clients for the organisation, and identifies and addresses delivery issues, whatever their cause. The Senior Project Manager resides within the Service Design & Delivery area of the EMEA Services function and, specifically, within the Project Management Office. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for successfully delivering medium to large size projects and providing leadership to project teams consisting of internal, subcontracted, and client resources and stakeholders.
