Your Responsibilities
We are in search of a dynamic Product Manager (he/she) who will spearhead the design of loyalty and reward products, creating an exceptional customer journey, appealing user benefit propositions, and robust business strategies. Your focus will extend across various brands and business units within Toyota, always with the objective of delivering outstanding user experiences.
As a Product Manager Loyalty & Reward program, your responsibilities entail:
- Develop a compelling Loyalty & Reward program vision, strategy, and roadmap while fostering consensus on priorities across the company including market/customer needs
- Design loyalty and reward program products to enhance customer journeys and deliver exceptional user experiences by using connected car data
- Guide & grow a team of team of Product Owners, while also expanding existing work streams
- Generate data insights and value for stakeholders across the company (ex: Marketing, Sales, R&D, Kinto, Retailers, Financial Services, Insurance)
- Nurture a data-informed culture of product development, consistently incorporating data and customer feedback into decision-making
- Create, together with our stakeholders, high value prioritised business cases with quantifiable and profitable returns
- Define product / service requirements (incl. GDPR compliance) & lead cross-divisional teams (IT, Legal, Business Development, Marketing, ….) to develop & launch data products
- Monitor customer feedback and business case KPIs, propose Kaizen areas and future development scope for life cycle management (via Agile iterations)
Your Profile
- You are fluent in English (TME’s business language), any other European language is an added value
- You hold a degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering
- You bring professional experience in Product Management or similar with a focus on digital products
- You demonstrate proven capabilities in developing and managing loyalty and customer rewards programs. Non-automotive experience is also valued
- You are data-driven and have proficiency in agile/scrum methodologies
- You showcase strong communication and excellent planning skills
