Job description

As a RPO partner of Takeda in Belgium, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Lessines production site.

In this role you will have the opportunity to be creative to inspire change, work on process improvements and implement strategy and initiatives to build a robust pipeline and attract the best talent in the market for our manufacturing site in Belgium.

In this role, you can expect the following tasks:

• Collaboration in a team, with executives and HR Business Partners
• Responsibility for the standardized end-to-end recruiting process of different divisions
• Development of strategies for the best possible filling of positions
• Conducting and organising job interviews/interviews
• Applicant Management System Administration (Workday)
• Everyday use of social media channels to advertise the position and address potential candidates
• Management of different HR projects
• Effective communication of the client’s EVP in conversation with the candidates
• Consulting and professional dealings with executives nationally and internationally

To do this, you will bring:

• Profound, several years of experience in recruiting and a broad network, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or in a manufacturing company
• Proven track record of sourcing in identifying and sourcing talent
• Confident handling of a wide variety of contact persons at all levels
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
• High quality awareness as well as the ability to easily build and maintain relationships
• High self-motivation and very good time management
• Supportive and appreciative mindset
