About The Position

Join Inchcape, a renowned, independent multi-brand car distributor shaping the automotive landscape across five continents. As the official distributor of Toyota, Lexus, BYD, and the creator of BravoAuto in Belgium and Luxembourg, we are at the forefront of the industry. We are looking for a dynamic Service Advisor to elevate our customer service experience to new heights at our BYD outlet in Zaventem.

Job Functions And Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the workshop’s occupancy and increase productivity through efficient planning.
  • Warmly welcome customers and answer phone calls and emails with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Work closely with the technical department to create detailed work orders.
  • Oversee the quality control of car services and handle billing procedures.
  • Provide replacement cars to customers or collect necessary documents if required.
  • Maintain constant coordination with colleagues in the workshop and warehouse.
  • Deliver cars to customers after servicing and provide professional and, if necessary, technical feedback.
  • Perform administrative tasks in accordance with internal procedures (daily filing, completion of documents, etc.).
  • Submit and follow up on warranty files and claims to ensure accuracy for audit purposes.

Your Profile

  • Ideally hold a higher degree or have targeted administrative experience.
  • Solid technical insights with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Fluent in French and Dutch, with a good command of English.
  • Passionate about cars, offering a warm and service-oriented customer approach.
  • Well-organized with strong administrative and communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented and comfortable thriving in a busy, customer-focused environment.
