Description

For TML Genk, we are looking for a Site Manager. In this position you are ultimately responsible for the entire site in Genk.


Your tasks include

  • You are responsible for directing, guiding and operationally leading a group of employees.
  • You ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out within the set time frame.
  • You are responsible for staff monitoring and development.
  • You ensure that the available resources and space are used as efficiently as possible.
  • You ensure that the internal regulations and instructions are applied.
  • You manage the quality level of the performed services and make adjustments where necessary.
  • You are responsible for all facilities on the site.
  • You study and report damage and irregularities.
  • You maintain daily contact with the customer.
  • You prepare the invoicing, do the checks of incoming invoices and general administration.
  • You track down new opportunities with existing customers, analyze their needs and formulate proposals.
  • You are responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly reporting and you follow up on KPI’s.

Competencies in the job...

  • You have a good knowledge of Dutch, English and French.
  • You have knowledge of the legal requirements for the transport of goods.
  • You are familiar with automatic warehouse applications, knowledge of TAS is a plus.
  • You have knowledge of handling and storage techniques.
  • You have a basic knowledge of invoicing.
  • You are communicative, solution oriented and stress resistant.
  • You have a proactive attitude.
