This Means That You

Your main task as Site Supervisor is to manage all direct resources on the construction site, always taking into account the requirements of safety, quality, productivity, planning, contract and budget. You work closely with the Construction Manager, the Project Manager and the construction team.
  • accurately organize and control the execution of the works according the work packages, time frames and budgeted hours
  • ensure that resources such as manpower and logistics are efficiently deployed
  • take appropriate measures to deal with any delays
  • are responsible for the progress reporting, traceability, monitoring of additional work and its impact on planning and costs
At the sites you lead the construction teams & subcontractors and ensure that maximum safety and efficiency is guaranteed.

With the following qualifications & skills, you can make a difference as Site Supervisor at EQUANS:
  • you have a professional bachelor’s degree or are technically trained with +10 years’ experience
  • essential are expert knowledge of E&I and proven experience with construction work in this area. In addition, you possess managerial skills which you have already been able to use in previous positions
  • practical knowledge of MS Office is certainly a plus point
  • the customer is always at the center of your attention, so you are focused on making clear decisions and achieving results
  • you are willing to work on a fixed working schedule during the construction phase of the project abroad (Western Europe)
  • you have excellent written and oral communication skills with practical knowledge of English and Dutch (+ possibly French or German)
