As an IT Specialist you will report directly to the Associate Director IT, ERP EMEA Lead. You own the proposal, analysis and detail design activities on medium-sized to large projects. You Identify, evaluate, develop and /or redesign systems and procedures to meet user requirements and you are responsible for multi-functional/business integration testing.

You also assist business customers with business process redesign on large projects and provide leadership by assisting clients in identifying and responding to opportunities for efficient system implementations and/or process re-engineering.

What you will be doing:

You will participate in implementation of business & function application processes in SC IT, collaborating closely with all other regions (APAC/UCAN/LATAM) supply chain IT team.

As an expert, you will provide knowledge of cross-functional application.

We build relationships with one another to get the work done. That’s why your role will also be to ensure a good level of interaction with application and integration development teams (Plan/Build).

You will put high focus on quality critical processes as well as ensuring high level of validation.

Your Profile

• Proficiency in English and French
• Experience within a warehouse environment is required to better understand day-to-day operational needs and/or issues within Europe (mainly on fulfillment area)
• Knowledge and experience on standard Supply Chain applications JDE 9.2, SQL, Tableau, Warehouse Management Systems, Transport Management systems as well as data analysis & reporting tools.
• Familiar with project & change management and in quality system processes within IT (Validation)
