MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As member of the Compensation and Benefits team, you develop and coordinate the implementation of country-based or European Compensation and Benefits (C&B) initiatives.
  • You comprehensively advise and provide guidance to HR managers and business leaders on C&B related processes and practices.
  • You collect, consolidate, analyze and benchmark facts and figures and provide recommendations to ensure the competitiveness of our reward packages and compliance with local legislation.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ years proven experience in a C&B role with an EMEA scope
  • You are familiar with various C&B processes and concepts, such as job evaluation, variable pay,... and you are aware of practices and trends in Total reward.
  • You have a good understanding of employment law, tax and social security arrangements.
  • You have excellent analytical skills with the ability for interpretation and documentation of findings.
  • You are a team player with good interpersonal skills and you have the capabilities to communicate at different levels in the organization.
  • You are a self-starter, able to drive Compensation and Benefits projects.
  • You enjoy working on both the operational as the tactical level
  • You have experience working with an HRIS, experience with Workday is an asset
  • You are fully proficient in English and Dutch, additional European languages are an asset

This assignment is for 6 months, extendable based on business needs.
