  • Distribution Strategy & Network Design
  • Logistics outsourcing strategy & execution
  • Transport & warehouse design & optimization
  • Logistics operating model design & implementation
  • Digital Logistics pilot projects & transformation journeys

In your role, you will

  • Manage and deliver large, complex client engagements to determine the most effective strategy and practices for moving the required product to the required place at the required time
  • Ensure buy-in from client top management
  • Develop and maintain contact with senior decision makers at key clients, organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process.
  • Develop innovative solutions and transformation methodologies, develop "thought ware" and "point-of-view" documents, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals
  • As a supply chain & logistics expert and people person, you are also keen to share your knowledge and insights with your team and coach junior colleagues to share your passion.

Let’s Talk About You

  • Passionate about Supply Chain and Logistics & Distribution in a global context and a have a proven track record of helping clients in this domain
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, keen to continually be on the look-out for the consulting value propositions of the future
  • Proven experience in leading Supply Chain and Logistics & Distribution design engagements for clients as part of a high-talent team
  • An adapt in identifying state-of-the art, innovative and practical ideas & solutions and guiding a team to make them real under multiple deadlines in a global context
  • Established leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in building, mentoring and coaching a team of supply chain and logistics & distribution consultants
  • Experience in Life Science, Chemicals, Manufacturing or Consumer Products & Retail industry is a plus.
  • A Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics and at least 7 years of consulting experience or relevant industry experience
  • Fluent in English, any other European language is a strong asset
  • You are eager to work in an international environment, and willing to travel on an ad-hoc basis.
