For one our client, a leader in the food and beverages sector, we are looking for a Junior Product Developer

JOB SUMMARY

This role works as part of Supplier Quality Team, in close cooperation with Ingredient and Packaging Suppliers, Bottler Procurement, OU Innovation and Supply Chain, in deploying and monitoring the efficient and effective implementation of strategies and policies to protect and enhance The Coca-Cola System resources, assets, trademarks and corporate reputation.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:support development and execute Supplier Management Program for the Operating Unit.

Supplier Auditing

• Participate in preparation and maintaining the annual supplier audit schedule.

• Perform supplier audits as per the supplier audit schedule.

• Review all audit reports and ensure corrective action plans are being implemented in a timely manner.

• Track progress and coach the responsible supplier resources to achieve compliance.

New Supplier Approval

• On request and within the business need of the Operating Unit and Bottlers, manage the authorization of new ingredient and packaging suppliers as per the relevant KORE requirements.

• Align approval status decision with Operating Unit Technical Leadership and issue respective approval for the new supplier.

• Publish authorization letters to the suppliers confirming the approval status.

Supplier Performance Management

• Ensure all Company and Local Regulations, KORE Policies, Requirements and Standards are clearly addressed in the quality programs of the suppliers.Report and ensure implementation of relevant corrective actions for any deviations.

• Monitor supplier’s performance against Company’s routine sample requirements.

• Review supplier’s quality performance to ensure that they adhere to The Company’s policies and standards. Report variations and solutions to the Operating Unit Technical Leadership, Bottlers’ Quality and Procurement teams.

• Follow up and verify close out of all non-conformances against which corrective action was requested.

• Execute supplier quality improvement initiatives.

• Actively request information regarding supplier quality incidents within the bottler and assist with the close out of the corrective action.

• Manage changes to the approval status of existing suppliers.

Record Keeping

• Recommend policies, governance related technical bulletins and certification criteria on supplier management.

• Maintain all relevant records in PICASSO.

Analysis

• Supplier Improvement actionsas result of audit findings.

• Operational issues in bottling plants with ingredients and packaging.

• Risk and business impact evaluation.

• Evaluation of capacity and capability of supplier base to meet short- and long-term business needs.

• Compliance with the critical quality elements.

• Consumer complaints.
