In response to this, we are looking for high-performing, innovative and enthusiastic candidates to join our growing team intent on helping clients to identify, measure and report on the non-financial performance metrics which are most relevant to their business. Furthermore, you will be helping our clients to achieve their sustainability ambitions. Your expertise will help the main actors in different industries to mitigate risks while addressing environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance and ensuring compliance with the existing and new reporting standards.

You will support our clients in:

• Designing and implementation of ESG-strategies;
• Assessing the maturity and define short and long-term Sustainability ambitions;
• Supporting their sustainability journey, from strategy and implementation to reporting;
• Build a carbon roadmap for different types of clients considering their scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions;
• Enhancement of the risk management framework to incorporate ESG risk factors;
• Identify, quantify and prioritize the materiality of ESG factors on the activities of our clients and derive financial risk impacts under different scenarios;
• Advise, prepare and review non-financial reports;
• Following-up of evolving regulatory requirements and expectations in the field of ESG (CSRD, Taxonomy);
• Performing ESG Due Diligence.

You will also be responsible for

• Business development related to ESG (incl. assistance in the deployment of our commercial strategy, organization of workshops, etc.);
• Project management;
• People management (incl. coaching/training younger colleagues)

• You have relevant experience in ESG strategy and non-financial reporting.
• You have relevant experience in advising clients on sustainability insights and long term value creation.
• You have experience in the field of decarbonization strategies, impact measurement and non-financial reporting
• Proven track record in dealing with sustainability challenges, such as sustainable strategy, sustainable investments and sustainability reporting;
• Prior experience in the field of risk management (experience in the integration of sustainability risks in management frameworks is an added value).
• Prior consulting or high-impact industry experience is an advantage.
