As aTalent Acquisition Consultant you will work on different assignments at various clients to support them in attracting the best talent. Being the client’s recruitment expert, you will be in charge of the end to end Talent Acquisition process by using various recruitment channels looking for the right match. You guarantee continuity to our clients by building on a strong connection with your candidate pool.

Because of your service-minded attitude and proactive way of thinking, you have an eye for improvements, you advise the recruitment department in their way of working and their vision for the future. You help to actively build Deloitte as an expert service provider. Depending on your experience you will be able to coach, in the short or long term, a team of junior consultants.

Thanks to your passion for Human Resources, everyone will notice the drive and enthusiasm that you bring to the workplace every day.

• You have built up a strong interest & knowledge for your profession during your Bachelor or Master in Social Work, Commercial Sciences, Psychology or any other HR related field.
• You have at least 2-6 years of relevant professional experience in Talent Acquisition
• You have an in-depth knowledge of selection methods (e.g. competence based interview, assessments) and you are acquainted with recruitment channels (e.g. social media) and tools (e.g. recruitment software);
• A changing & dynamic context gets you energized
• You are a flexible and customer friendly personality, able to work in a team, build relationships and gain credibility at every level of the organization
• You are able to express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English.

Within HRO we assist our clients in a spectrum of HR solutions, including business partnering, recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, talent management, HR project assistance and more, on a temporary basis to supplying fully outsourced HR departments on long-term contracts.
