Our client is a Service Provider based in the Heverlee area.

They represent a new method for purchasing network and system management tools and processes.

Job Description
  • You work in a team to implement tools for monitoring, updates, and security
  • You configure these tools according to customer requirements
  • You resolve issues with these tools and their implementations
  • You execute the standard enterprise processes (ITIL processes)
  • You write Technical Documentation and procedures about the implementation of
  • the solutions
Required experience
  • You have a bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
  • You have good analytical and synthesis skills..
  • You have a good understanding of Linux and networking
  • You have a basic knowledge of MySQL
  • Experience in Bash, Python and technical writer skills are a plus.
