Your role

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be holding a key position, with as main objective to attract the best talents to join our company and this way accompany our growth. The sourcing and hunting of our IT future colleagues will be at the heart of your activities.
Your main missions:

  • Meet regularly with Practice Leads, COO & HR director to identify new recruitment needs & expected profile and provide a clear status on ongoing positions;
  • Participate in the writing of the job description together with the HR Director and the Business Lead;
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop our employer branding strategy and advertise open positions through the appropriate channels (website, social medias, internal communication…)
  • Conduct extended direct search, consult IT relevant databases on a daily base and be active on social medias to identify and interact with potential candidates;
  • Encourage contacts sharing from employees’ networks and promote our cooptation policy;
  • Nurture prospective candidates;
  • Execute an in depth phone screening and qualify potential candidates;
  • Conduct reference checks and ensure availability of an Approach CV;
  • Coordinate appointments with internal stakeholders and ensure debriefing of non selected candidates;
  • Keep recruitment dashboard constantly updated and create candidate files for qualified candidates into our system;
  • Attend events when relevant;
  • Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques.

Your profile

  • Bachelor degree with at least 3 years experience;
  • Sourcing and hunting techniques have no secret to you;
  • Good understanding of IT roles;
  • Mastering the office suite;
  • Good trilingual FR/NL/ENG;
  • Sense of confidentiality;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong organisation skills and able to work autonomously;
  • Energetic and enthousiatic personnality.
