At Pauwels Consulting a.k.a. the Pauwels Family, we are looking for a natural jack-of-all-trades who, together with Koen De Borle (Training Program Manager), will expand our story of Training Programs. We are thinking ofintakes with clients, mapping out selection criteria, maintaining contact with ourinternal trainers and external training partners, providing storytelling to candidates, consultants, clients, at fairs, ... and also the complete A to Z recruitment of consultants who will be following a development path within Pauwels Consulting. Do you like to put the human aspect first, do you excel in recruitment and would you like to train yourself in developing training programs? Then this is the job for you.

• You visit together with Koen - or alone if you dare - a new or existing customer in the context of a particular (training) need
• You developrecruitment branding based on a competence matrix. You will be looking for top talent.
• You provide intake interviewswith your candidates and take proven selection tests
• You provide a clear report to convince the client that the candidate matches the agreed matrix. You then arrange an interview and debrief with the client
• Together with the Talent Manager you take care of an onboarding process in function of the trainings that will follow
• You also assist Koen with the optimization of existing training programs & thesetting up of new traineeships within our IT, Engineering or Life Sciences unit
• To combine work with pleasure, we participate in Afterwork Drinks, fairs & events and we drink a glass of cava - or a jus d’orange - with consultants, experts & trainers

Have you got what it takes?

• You preferably have a Bachelor or Master degree; which major doesn’t really matter!
• You have proven recruitment experience or are a high potential who can tackle any challenge
• You want to combine your passion for recruitment with an extra challenge in training & talent development
• You are analyticaland detail oriented; to make the right selection based on a matrix; to take and interpret assessments; to ensure a correct and punctual implementation of the training program
• Your friends or loved ones describe you as a go-getter, a born networker, communicative team player ... and you can turn this into (commercial) persuasiveness!
• You speak fluent Dutchor Frenchwith good knowledge of the other language & English
