We have a truly exciting opportunity for an existing Perrigo colleague to take on this brand new people management position!

The purpose of the role is to implement and monitor the credit and collection operations and business environments to support corporate finance policies and practices. This position will lead an existing team of 10 people located across France and Belgium. This is a great opportunity to be involved in building out our BeNeFra Centre of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervises a team of credit & collections analysts.
  • Analyse financial information, conduct credit investigations, risk assessments, and fact gather to help facilitate credit decisions for new and existing customers.
  • Perform accounts receivable analysis to assess collection requirements and implement or recommend resolution of delinquent accounts
  • Prepare reports and documentation to support credit and collections practices.
  • Adhere to compliance and operational risk controls with Company and regulatory standards and policies and practices.
  • Handle personnel actions including performance reviews.
  • Focus partly on continuous process improvements.

Qualifications& Profile:

  • Professional Bachelor degree; typically a minimum of 4 years work experience required
  • Previous people management experience
  • Communication and delegation skills
  • Can-do attitude
  • Keen eye for process improvements
  • IT literate
  • Language skills: English alongside French and Dutch. Majority of the AP/AR team are French speakers so this language capability is required.
