Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience

Minimal 3 years of experience in a client-facing role preferably in a services industry and international environment

Technical background is a plus

Understanding of regulatory affairs or willingness to learn

Committed to service excellence

Result oriented

Attentive to detail

Strong interpersonal & communication skills

Ability to autonomously manage projects, ownership

Always looking for solutions to assist the clients

Excellent organisational and coordination skills

Collaborative mindset, team player

English mandatory (working environment language), any other languages is a plus

Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite

As Customer Success Manager Water EMEA, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and coordinate and manage our services to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your role

In this role, you will report directly to the EMEA Lead Water and your responsibilities will include:

Manage an assigned portfolio of customers to appropriately manage existing clients

Help assure clients’ compliance with certification requirements and timely support to achieve certification

Accountable for quotes and the client’s post-sale experience from implementation, adoption through expansion

Nurture client relationships

Internal coordination with all stakeholders (business units, lab, technical reviewers, etc.)

Develop client-specific solutions based on client needs

Trend analysis to maintain good understanding of technologies used in assigned market area as well as to identify areas of improvement
