For one of our belgian client, we are looking for a technical business analyst BI.

The candidate needs to work in a self-organizing team that covers analysis, development, coding, testing, releasing and support.

The main activities are :

  • Create custom reports & dashboards using Power BI, and Excel mainly for business purposes
  • Support continuous improvement of the services and applications.
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
  • Administrating & supporting user requests on the logistics and stock management
  • Empower business users to carry out their day-to-day operations effectively
  • Liaise with the second part of the team which manages the Freight management system
  • Write and update technical documentations in English and make them available to the team. Provide training to other team members especially on BI tools and methodologies
  • Deliver services to users with the highest level of satisfaction
  • Work in close collaboration business stakeholders/users and business analysts, architects, other IT development teams
  • Provide effective and timely communication to all relevant teams
  • Provide workload estimations

The perfect candidate needs to fit with the following points:

  • Experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science
  • Excellent analytical skills and synthesis spirit
  • Good listening and communication skills
  • Proactive and taking initiative
  • Leading topics by himself until its full achievement
  • Real team player and aware of cross-cultural working
  • Fluent in English and in Dutch or French
  • Familiar with the Agile methodology
  • Ability to work under pressure and dealing with constraints
  • Strong discipline in documentation
