Technical Product Owner

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic team member to lead the charge in developing the CRM project for the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service departments. As a vital link between business requests and the IT department, you’ll collaborate within the Agile framework, strategically prioritizing User Stories. Your Responsibilities:

• Curate and Prioritize the Product Backlog: Working closely with the development team, you’ll discern which elements take precedence and demand the highest priority.
• Validate Developed Features.
• Author User Stories: Skillfully translate the needs of our users and stakeholders into clear, comprehensible narratives that serve as a blueprint for the development team. You’ll also adeptly address queries, clarify requirements, and provide additional context around functionalities.
• Manage Feature Priorities: With informed decision-making, allocate priority to functionalities slated for development, taking into account commercial value, technical complexity, deadlines, and user requirements.
• Participate in Meetings: Ensure transparency, engagement, and a pathway to continuous improvement.
