What will the role involve?
As property manager you will be responsible for the technical, administrative, juridical, commercial and financial management of a portfolio with a total of 280 000 square metres in Belgium.
You will work closely together with the property accountant and the (technical and commercial) development team in Belgium.
- Go to person for all customers requests (technical and commercial);
- Assistance of the acquisition, sale and extension of properties;
- Assure that our assets are in line with quality standards (compliancy, sustainability, health & safety);
- Preparation and controlling of annual CAPEX and OPEX budgeting;
- Preparation, tendering and execution of building maintenance (structural, installations,...);
- Provide assistance in all accounting matters: property reporting, correspondence and monitoring invoices,…;
- Assisting with rent reviews, monitoring of diaries, interpretation of lease clauses and warranties;
- Regularly visit customers for customers meetings, manage suppliers on site and follow-up on CAPEX works;
- Facility management of our office in Vilvoorde.
You have a technical and/or real estate educational background and already experience as property manager(logistics, retail or offices). You are fluent in Dutch, English and French and you adapt the way you communicate to different situations and/or stakeholders. Coordinating and organizing are your cup of tea. This role also involves administration, so an accurate follow-up is necessary. A good knowledge of Microsoft office is key.
