Job description

As a Business Analyst/ Team Lead, you are the bridge between our projects and our Trilations reporting & analyses tools
Your main objective is to constantly optimise our tools and help to steer the organisation to address the current or future business challenges. These challenges can be: a more efficient way of working, an improved customer experience etc.
To realise this objective, you analyse the current operations, collect information via the Project Managers, identify needs and improvement opportunities, translate them into sprints and own the long-term planning of our internal development team.
You collaborate intensively with our project managers and the development team.

Profile

You are a Master and have a first working experience in Business Analysis, Project Manager or preferably both
Your excellent communication and presentation skills, your analytical capabilities, and your will to succeed are important assets
You know very well how you can help your internal customers in a professional way
You communicate fluently in English
Experience in IT is a big plus
You definitely earn some bonus points if you have experience in project management
