About The JobBased in Brussels, Belgium you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will be responsible for supervising and providing level 1 and level 2 support of end-user ICT assets. You will also monitor and manage Service Management Systems, record incidents and update configuration and asset management records. For a full list of duties, please review the job description here.About YouWe’re looking for a talented and knowledgeable Technician (Technical Support) with ideally higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 1 year post-related experience, or a secondary educational qualification with at least 3 years post-related experience.A different qualification coupled with particularly relevant experience may also be considered.Experience in a broad range of IT administration tools used in ICT Service Management (e.g. BMC Remedy, SCCM, CITRIX) is required.Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.CompetenciesThe NCI Agency is looking for individuals have tangible experience and knowledge in following areas;
