Technicien(ne) de Production Fermentation NewPa
En tant que Technicien(ne) dans une zone de production de vaccins réalisant les étapes de pré-culture, culture et d’extraction
Vos Responsabilités Sont
- Vous assurez le suivi du process fermentation -extraction
- Vous effectuez des manipulations sous flux bioburden control
- Vous effectuez du esting de filtre
- Vous assurez le nettoyage d’équipement en place
- Vous vous occupez de la stérilisation et de la préparation des équipements avant process
- Vous nettoyez les zones, autoclave, house-keeping
- Vous proposez des améliorations organisationnelles, process et EHS
- Vous vous assurez du bon respect des normes GMP
- Vous avez obtenu un Bachelier/Graduat en biologie, chimie, biochimie ou équivalent
- Vous connaissez Delta V (solide atout)
- Vous avez une expérience en fermentation, chromato et/ou purification
- Vous appréciez le travail d’équipe
- Vous avez une expérience en milieu GMP
- La connaissance de l’anglais est un plus
- Horaire à pause (6-14/14-20/Flottants)
