Major Accountabilities
  • Working with Tender Manager for the management of the strategic and operational tender process to arrive at a clear tender approach and pricing logic
  • Manage tender documents and timely submission
  • Support Tender Manager in Tender Segmentation and targeting
  • Support the Tender Manager in creating and maintaining tender repository in SFDC
  • Coordinate review of Alcon competitor approaches & market trends
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating Tender Analytics & KPI Management
  • Second point of contact for tender specific questions & information
  • Set up systematic tender work in CRM system
  • Forecast and track tender business via creation and maintenance oftender repository
  • Manage HCP engagements in accordance with company policies and local legislation by using company’s approval systems
  • Support Marketing Team in complying with company policies and local legislation for the organisation of Alcon events for HCPs and the support of third party events for HCPs and enter those events in company’s approval system
  • Manage transparency reporting obligations for transfers of value towards HCPs
  • Support Legal & Compliance with compliance monitoring exercises in scope of the Surgical Franchise
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch, French would be ideal
  • Strong knowledge of the English Language
  • Commercial awareness of the healthcare industry; knowledge and understanding of Tenders, services and marketplace.
  • Experience in medical devices and/or Pharma environment a plus
  • Notion of Dutch and/or Belgian healthcare law and compliance is a plus
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of corporate dynamics
  • Proven experience in developing and establishing successful key relationships.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Proven analytical capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork mindset and result-orientation
  • Strong communication skills towards external partners
