Are you ready to make a significant impact on software quality and innovation? Our client is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to be a pivotal part of their Solutions team. You’ll collaborate with over 300 dedicated professionals, ensuring top-tier in-house service and development. Your mission: to optimize the development and testing process, driving quality to new heights across the entire team.Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the testing and quality assurance processes.
- Lead the charge in embedding quality standards throughout the team, ensuring they become a core responsibility for everyone involved.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT, balancing future-proof results with complex realities.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to establish and refine testing processes within the organization.
- Approach challenges with a broad perspective, considering multiple angles to align needs and solutions.
- Champion quality as a mindset, setting high standards and leading others to adopt them across the team.
- Foster a dynamic, team-oriented environment, building strong relationships within and across teams through transparent and constructive communication.

- Expertise in automated integration and performance testing of applications, ensuring consistency across the application landscape and tools.
- Deep understanding of the business context, focusing on expanding test sets, establishing monitoring and reporting, and preventing regression.
- Familiarity with techniques and tools such as TDD, Clean Code, Spring slice tests, Testcontainers, Cypress, JMeter, Cucumber, AssertJ, Postman, etc.
- A strong affinity for performance testing, security, and system monitoring (e.g., Dynatrace), with a proactive approach to test data management.
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitbucket pipelines) is highly valued.
