Job Description:

We are hiring a Test Lead with expertise in Automation Testing using Selenium with Java, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Test Planning. In the role of Test Lead, you will work with business and IT leadership to understand IT business strategy and their implication to application(s) under testing. You will be responsible for end-to-end application testing during implementation and post-implementation maintenance and support. Responsibilities:

  • 6+ years of experience in Automation, functional testing in Agile methodology
  • Ability to talk business and technical language
  • Serve as single point of contact for one or more business tracks
  • Strong expertise in selenium in Java
  • Experience in Requirement Gathering, Use Case Scenario Identification, Test Planning, Test Case Preparation, Test Execution as well as End to End Testing
  • Design, Implement, execute and maintain an automation framework based on business requirements
  • Work closely to assess test coverage for the assigned track and to triage test failures
  • Preparing Daily/Weekly status reports and communicating the same to the stakeholders
  • Plan for overall execution with Offshore testing team to achieve the testing goals/outcomes of the program
  • Experience of automation of Restful API’s
  • Strong experience in web testing using Selenium in Java
  • Strong experience in Regression testing, Integration testing, Sanity Testing
  • Provide guidance and groom junior testing team members

Job Summary:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required
  • Ability to talk business and technical language
  • Telematics domain/Connected Car domain experience would be preferred
  • Knowledge of No SQL Databases like MongoDB would be preferred
  • ISTQB certified Tester would be preferred
  • High analytical skills would be preferred
  • A high degree of initiative and flexibility
  • High customer orientation
  • High quality awareness
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Driving License that will enable to drive in Belgium required. It will be required to actually validate the Navigation features under test
