Responsibilities

• Transform existing training material into attractive and visual kits by adding images, visual and edited photographs
• Design graphics in the corporate branding style
• Support the Trainers, Product managers and Marketing teams with visual content
• Edit photographs, static as 360° images
• Transform PowerPoint presentation into eLearning material with an additional input of graphical design
• Coordinate the development of Training videos with external suppliers, as support the development of in house Training videos
• Coordinate the translation process of European and African Training material
• Coordinate the Training material library for both Komatsu internal as distributor network
• Maintain Komatsu Learning Management systems with updated content
• Check if all SOX rules in relation to authorization matrix are respected and if the data has a logical structure

Requirements

• Degree in graphical design, marketing, creative design or equal by experience
• Experience with creation, design edit skills, graphical transformation
• Knowledge of design graphical programs (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Première Pro and Aftereffect are all plus), eLearning software packages (Articulate) & video editing software packages is a plus
• You can transform abstract ideas into concrete graphical output
• You are a creative thinker who can express their own input and creativity but as well follow up clear instructions and develop designs within the corporate brand strategy
• You have affinity to training concepts and instructional approaches
• Good communication skills
• Open-minded, pro-active, customer focused, flexible, stress resistant
• English is mandatory, French is a plus
