Reporting to the Training Operations Manager the Training Support Manager is accountable for the oversight and management of the TAT training department documentation and, working within a set of procedures, ensures the effective and efficient coordination of training for TAT and coordination with the TUI Group Airlines.This role will create and manage TAT procedures to aid the efficiency of Training Organisation and administration whilst working alongside various departments. This role will work closely with all TAT Managers to ensure the TUI-wide training policy, design, co-ordination, delivery and maintenance of standards is aligned. This will include reports, coordination of meetings, finance administration and internal/external SLA management.This role will ensure coordination and maintenance of the departmental audit program which safeguards regulatory and internal compliance and will make sure that processes are in place to maintain on-going assessment, monitoring and support and will ensure the application of these procedures across all the TAT training functions.This role Manages the team covering TAT ATO Administration providing assistance, guidance and streamlining processes, during usual operations, peak training seasons and new project implementation.This role can be based in Luton, Hanover, Stockholm or Zaventem or Rijswijk.We believe in offering as much flexibility to the individual on whether they work from an office or elsewhere.   • Use SAP/ RACS systems to raise financial documents
  • Complete IT coordination for new starters/contractors and team updates
  • Have involvement in team projects
  • Meeting creation/chair/management
  • Maintain TAT team systems, work requests and handbook
  • Manage ATO Training Administrator
  • Complete reports for work resource, audit, compliance and business updates
  • Various administration tasks
  • Drive team engagement and development
About YouWe are looking for:
  • A proven track record in managing & coordinating a department administration – Airline Knowledge desirable
  • The ability to operate with multiple business customers and key stakeholders
  • A skilled communicator with the ability to engage and develop a strong network of contacts
  • A self-motivated team member who takes the initiative and works with a track record of motivating and developing others
  • A logical thinker with the ability to prioritise and drive efficiency
  • Experience in SAP/ RACS / Jira Systems – Desirable
  • Confident with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Good spoken and written English.
