To support these fast-growing businesses, Katoen Natie is looking for a UX designer.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a UX Designer to be based out of our office close to Antwerp (Kallo). As part of the DesignOps team, you will work closely with our product teams to design solutions for our yard management system and other enterprise products. Creating digital work experiences through clean, intuitive, and accessible interfaces.

Being Part Of Product Teams, Your Responsibilities Include

  • Understanding UX best practices.
  • Proposing solutions for UX challenges.
  • Conducting UX research.
  • Collaborating with frontend developers to ensure clear and actionable designs.
  • Knowing technical constraints for cross-platform designs.
  • Building supportive relationships with project stakeholders.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in user experience design.
  • Excellent knowledge with industry standard design tools, especially Figma.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers to design experiences that are technologically feasible and meet the business and user needs.
  • Understanding of qualitative user research methods.
  • Strong grasp of user experience principles.
  • Open-minded team player with strong communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in multicultural settings.
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English.
