A world-leading company listed on the stock exchange is currently looking to hire a VIP IT Service Delivery Leader to join their offices in Brussels.
Thanks to your experience in IT and in management, you will be the perfect addition to the company.
Your main responsibilities as the new VIP IT Service Delivery Leader will include:
- Managing VIP Infrastructure support, delivering VIP services and ensuring that services are provided at the required quality and agility level
- Confirming and adjusting VIP processes
- Defining and implementing security roadmap to ensure the appropriate level of confidentiality, integrity and availability
- Implementing VIP quality service review with adequate KPIs, reporting & customer satisfaction feedback
- Putting in place corrective actions when service expected is below expectations and therefore ensure continuous improvement
- Handling specific external services and its contracts
- Managing the budget for VIP services
Your profile:
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer and Science
- You have experience in Service Delivery Operations
- You have experience in team and project management
- You are fluent in French and English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus
Your strengths:
- You are results oriented and have strong leadership skills
- You demonstrate great interpersonal skills
- You have the ability to manage confidential information
- You have excellent prioritization skills
